characterize bipartite graphs that model the relationship
between peptides and proteins in bottom-up proteomics. With
these graphs, protein ratios (fold change between two sample
groups) are calculated from the respective measured peptide
ratios. The main aim is to make use of quantitative information
contained in shared peptides and making it possible to quantify
proteins without shared peptides. Further, the package offers
general analysis of peptide and protein relationships using
bipartite graphs and visualization for these graphs.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/biocstaging/actions/runs/38130375877</link><pubDate>Wed, 12 Aug 2026 12:14:48 GMT</pubDate><r:package>bppg</r:package><r:version>0.99.1</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://biocstaging.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/BiocStaging/bppg</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>bppg.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>bppg.html</r:filename><r:title>Introduction to BPPG</r:title><r:created>2026-04-29 11:56:01</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-12 07:57:39</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[bioc] CalibraCurve 1.3.0</title><author>karin.schork@rub.de (Karin Schork)</author><description>CalibraCurve is a computational tool designed to generate
calibration curves for targeted mass spectrometry-based
quantitative data. It is applicable to various omics
disciplines, including proteomics, lipidomics, and
metabolomics. The package also offers functionalities for data
and calibration curve visualization and concentration
prediction from new datasets based on the established curves.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/39019505044</link><pubDate>Tue, 28 Apr 2026 13:05:42 GMT</pubDate><r:package>CalibraCurve</r:package><r:version>1.3.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/CalibraCurve</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>CalibraCurve.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>CalibraCurve.html</r:filename><r:title>Introduction to CalibraCurve</r:title><r:created>2025-10-02 07:58:38</r:created><r:modified>2025-10-02 15:07:56</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>CalibraCurve_Visualization.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>CalibraCurve_Visualization.html</r:filename><r:title>Customizing the visualizations of CalibraCurve</r:title><r:created>2025-07-30 11:09:02</r:created><r:modified>2025-10-02 14:16:43</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
